261	Option to make 'changelog diff' include differences in ChangeLog file	tim@…	thomas	"I'd like an option (~/.moaprc? environment variable?) to make moap changelog diff show the ChangeLog entry to be added too.  I believe this leads to better ChangeLog entries, since it makes people re-read their text when they do the final commit check (at least I often found myself changing an entry before commit when re-checking it with the old diffcl).

Or instead of an option, maybe make this the default behaviour and add a new 'changelog patchdiff' command that excludes the ChangeLog entry?
